Tell Your Story to the World

We know that living in an apartment is very different from living in a landed house.

It's not just about entering the unit and locking the door. There are thousands of stories behind each unit, from the struggle against opaque IPLs, the confusion faced by management, the unanswered questions, to the joy of successfully uniting your voice at the PPPSRS.
At FPA-Indonesia, we believe that your voice is your most valuable asset.

Why Should Your Story Be Heard?

  1. From Owner to Owner: Your personal story is far more powerful than any news story. Your story is a mirror for other owners who may be facing similar challenges—they need to know they're not alone.

  2. Changing Public Opinion: When owners' grievances and successes are recorded, we collectively build a narrative that educates the market and regulators. Let's prove that apartment owners are an educated community that cares about their assets.

  3. Maintaining Asset Value: By sharing experiences and solutions, we help other owners avoid the same mistakes, thereby collectively maintaining governance and, ultimately, the value of our property investments.

Don't let your story get lost in the quiet hallways of your apartment, and a thousand unanswered questions.

Turn your story into writing for the world to hear!

Let's Share Your Personal Story

We invite you, apartment owners with memorable experiences—both bitter and sweet—to become Volunteer Writers at FPA-Indonesia.

Stories We're Looking For:

  1. Your personal experiences, asking questions to the management.
  2. Your struggles to demand transparency in the IPL, documents, and/or proposed changes to electricity/water rates.
  3. Stories about how you and your neighbors dealt with problems and communicated with the PPPSRS.
  4. And other interesting stories.

The requirements are simple:

Stories must be based on personal experiences (non-fiction).

Content must be free from issues of race, religion, race, and intergroup relations (SARA) and practical politics.

Send your manuscript to: tim-penulis@fpa-id.com for review by our team.

Who knows, by sharing your story here, you might not only help thousands of other owners but also discover your talent as a future writer.

We look forward to hearing your inspiring story!
