TERMS OF USE
Apartment Owners Discussion Forum

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the services of the Apartment Owners Discussion Forum (hereinafter referred to as the "Forum"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Forum.
2. PURPOSE AND MEMBERSHIP
2.1. Purpose: This Forum serves as a discussion platform for Apartment Property Unit Owners to share information and discuss issues regarding management, finance, and other shared interests.
2.2. Eligibility: Membership is exclusively open to individuals who are legally recognized as Unit Owners or authorized representatives of Unit Owners at the property in question.
2.3. Verification: We reserve the right to request proof of ownership and verify your status as an owner. Failure to verify membership may result in the suspension or deletion of the account.
3. USER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1. Content Responsibility: Users are fully responsible for all content (text, images, documents, links) they publish on the Forum.
3.2. Prohibited Content: Users are prohibited from posting content that:
A. Defamation: Contains libel, defamation, harassment, or abuse towards individuals, management, PPPSRS (Owners and Occupants Association), or other owners. Criticism must be directed at policies or actions, not at individuals.
B. Personal Data (PII): Discloses sensitive personal information belonging to a third party without explicit permission (such as ID cards, Phone Numbers, Private Email Addresses, or Unit Numbers).
C. False Information: Intentionally spreads facts or claims that you know or should know to be untrue, misleading, or a hoax, especially regarding financial or legal property issues.
D. Commercial Advertising: Contains commercial advertisements, product/service promotions, or spam that is irrelevant.
3.3. Content License: By posting content, you grant the Forum a global, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content within and through the Forum's services.
4. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4.1. Nature of Information: All information within this Forum consists of personal opinions or unilateral claims from Users. We do not guarantee the accuracy or veracity of user-posted content.
4.2. No Professional Advice: This Forum is not a substitute for legal, financial, or professional advice. Any action or decision you take based on information from this Forum is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.
4.3. Limitation of Administrator Liability: The Forum owners, administrators, and moderators are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this Forum.
5. ENFORCEMENT AND MONITORING
5.1. Moderation: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, edit, move, or delete any content that we believe violates these Terms.
5.2. Penalties: Violation of the Terms may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the User's account, depending on the severity of the violation.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including but not limited to the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (UU ITE).
