Apartment Transparency & Accountability Self-Checklist

This checklist is not a tool for blame, but rather a means of education and collective awareness to ensure apartment management is more sound, professional, and in accordance with the principles of good governance.

By conducting regular self-evaluations, unit owners are expected to:

1. Be more critical and informed about apartment management.
2. Actively participate in supervision and joint decision-making.
3. Encourage a more transparent relationship between unit owners and P3SRS management.

1. Accountability Checklist.

Accountable in the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) means:  "Can be accounted for."

So something is accountable if it can be clearly explained, proven, and justified—whether it be actions, decisions, or their use.
